Cruise control delete

Would really like to get rid of the cruise control box on the firewall, I never use it and I could really use the space it takes up for an auxiliary fuse box and relays. Has anyone done it? Will it affect anything?

im pretty sure can just take it all off and cap any associated vacuum line

Well mine is a 1998 and has no vacuum lines it’s all electric

ya I wasn't sure if those years had vacuum or not, I'm thinking 2000 did but I don't remember for sure.

I use mine everywhere we go. Before tearing it out, unplug and drive it around and see if you get any problems.
