custom exhaust tips?

hi so i just put a flowmaster dual in dual out 40 series muffler on my 99 tahoe and i just ran two stock tailpipes exiting behind the rear wheel in the stock position. but now i want a tip to put over both tailpipes.i welded both of them together so i need one tip not two.i measured and im looking at 5 1/2" x 2 1/2" to cover them both... i was just gonna buy a square tip and butcher it to work but i was wondering if anyone knows of where to get a custom tip made or buy one thanks in advance.

You would have been better off putting a single out muffler or running a y after it so it is just one pipe and then running a 4" tip or so in the stock location

well i wanted a certain muffler and the only one flowmaster makes for a tahoe with a daul in single out i didnt want.im very happy with the way it sounds and i will find a tip ...so thats why i did that.
