Yep, either inside that axle housing, no/low fluid damage?, or that is the strangest sounding wheel bearing I have heard. What does it do when driving straight down the road? Slight turn to the right that would load the driver's side wheel bearing?

It drives perfect, I can only hear a slight tapping sound when I drive 5mph or less. I noticed the noise when my wife was pulling into the driveway about a week ago. I jacked up the front end and spun the tires by hand and noticed a slight sound on the driver side. Then pulled the tire off and made that video. I had the front differential serviced/fluids changed about 10k miles ago.

Disconnect the axle and test again, sounds like the gears to me. The adjusters n.u.t.s might have gotten loose inside the diff. It's a common issue with gm 8.25 IFS diffs.
