Yeah those are awesome. I can't spend a grand + labor on new cv shafts though.

Those are for more aggresive angles. Going off the picture you took of your truck I think stockers should be fine at 60-100 each

Yeah im going to just replace them with OEM in a couple weeks. Getting new boots too of course so hopefully that completely fixes the binding.

I accidentally ripped the boot on my drivers side and over time it has flung the grease everywhere to the point where it has dried up now and it is making the same "binding" noise that you are describing

half shafts are not that expensive and its really not that difficult to replace either

I was thinking about buying some really nice ones and not go with the cheaper ones just so I know it would last a little longer and typically if you get the $100 one compared to the $50 one you get a better warranty

The solution I suggest to any CV problem on a lifted truck is RCV. Because that's what I got and I love 'em.

It doesn't use spacers which worsen the angles, it's telescoping.
Before I got them I've been through, I dunno, half dozen CV's. The one on the driver side has a torn boot that's let out most of the grease and let in the dirt and sand and water and whatever else I've driven through in and it's still not flinched. I'll fix that one of these days.
Here's what it looks like on my truck with a six inch lift.

thats cool

Got mine at Oreilly Auto for $59.00 each with a lifetime warranty!!! Cant beat that and replaced them in 40 minutes!!! Easy job to do if you got the right tools! The just want to sell you new CV axles. But those angles should not be binding, I got a 6" lift with NO problems!!!
