Wow. Been quite a while since I've seen plugs that look that bad. Shortly after getting our '10, I figured I'd do plugs and wires, since the ones on the truck looked OEM, and it had nearly 100K miles on it. The plugs came out worn, but clean, and the replacement parts made ZERO difference in performance.
Unless you have other problems, or have been moving the plug wires around a lot, the plugs can last >100K miles.
