I'm not sure, but ever since I got my trans rebuilt, it doesn't seem to have the same "oomph", for lack of a better term. I'm not sure if the Tb is opening all the way. It is tuned. Is there a procedure to check this or recalibrate it? Tia.

Throttle Body Relearn is JUST for Idle. When the trans got replaced they almost always pull the negative battery lead which dumps your prior learn settings.

Heres the vid I used after I replaced my TPS. Dont be suprised if you have to put around 100 miles on it until it smooths all the way out.

Thank you! I'll give it a shot.

I have tried this procedure multiple times without success. Any suggestions? I have reset the check engine light, left the battery disconnected overnight and retried. HELP!!!

Was the trans rebuilt to the same spec? Same torque converter used? If not, its possible that a tighter converter was installed, which would reduce response a bit, especially at low RPM.

I got it straightened out. Tb wasn't opening 100%. Changed that and it's good now. Trans was rebuilt with heavy duty parts with the vette servo. Also has a 3000 stall Circle D convertor. Hauls ass now.
