I see your apprehension....but I dont just throw parts at this truck, it takes planning & research before I do anything.

Hmmm... I second the light bar addition thoughts up top. I think what you have done is really nice. Different for this model truck that you just don't see done to an NBS Esky. It looks mean and clean. IMHO that light bar on top of the windshield would seriously detract from the awesome work you have put in to date. Behind the grill would be more stealth and give you plenty of light that you are looking for if that is the route you want to take. Again my .02.

No offense was meant, should have put that before. As @Fosscore said, adding those things will greatly take away from the clean look you've achieved. But at the end of the day, it's your vehicle, you do what makes you happy.

I've got an idea:

Option 1 (Cost 3x option 2)

Option 2

Either bumper addition would be in gloss black with a semi tinted light bar mounted to it.

Wow, that's the best looking Escalade I've ever seen. Kudos on the clean look.

As for the brush guard/light bar, do you plan on taking it off road? I'm not a fan of bolt-on bumper additions (over on the Toyota 4runner forums where I used to hang out we called those "damage multipliers." ;) ) My thought is if you need more armor up front, just do a custom bumper, it looks cleaner and doesn't affect your approach angle the way a bolt-on does.

I'm also not a fan of lights on the roof. I know it looks "salty" but do you do that much night-time off roading that you need that extra light?

Still it's a clean looking truck, I like it a lot! Where do you live, looks like Aurora or maybe in the Reunion area North of DIA? I'm in Englewood.

It will see some mild off road but it's too big to go on most of the harder Jeep trails in CO. I do need the extra light and the ability to push with my bumper. I'm a firefighter (you don't call in to work because of a blizzard) and drive 50 miles down an unlit highway in the middle of nowhere.

Located in the Thornton/Broomfield area.

And...I've already conquered every hard trail in CO with my first lifted ride. Not wanting to have to fix the Escalade every 2 days lol.

Id put a light bar in the middle of the grille and then get an Escalade decal and put it on the light so it looks like the light is your front grille emblem.... Just a thought

Like id stick that right to the front on the light bar^ lol wish I could find a picture of what I'm talking about but I don't think I've seen anyone with it done.

Hey I forgot to ask, what lift did you use? Just a basic key lift?

That's pretty much the "stance" I want on my '04 Burb.

Please don't add a light bar or push bar (it's your truck so do as you please). This thing looks so awesome as is. A light bar behind the grill would be nice, but man is this thing different and in a great way
