WELL..... I just threw a wrench in the whole works.... i ended up buying COOPER DISCOVERER A/T 3's paid 624.00 shipped and get 75.00 rebate... so i'm pretty happy about that... and on top of it all Consumer Reports ranked them #1, 2 spots over Hankook ATM's.... should get them monday...

I personally love the Dynapro ATM's. I would have gotten them at the last change except for the fact that they were on national back order at the time with a 30 day waiting period. This was about 8 months ago. They are the only tires that have survived one of my Christmas tree hauling seasons still intact. I have tried the BFG "KO", Michellin, Bridgestone Dualler AT's AND the Revos, Goodyear with Kevlar, and several others. The dynapro's were the only ones that didn't have to be changed immediately after the season was over and they have great ride and handling to go along with their good looks.

What the heck do you do when getting Christmas trees to beat up your tires? What type of failures are you getting?

lol, Well, basically hauling as much as I can behind the Dmax. I have seen chunks missing from the tread, general tread wear especially along the center of the tread, etc. The largest issue has been simple wear on the tread. Only the Dynapro's could be run after the season (10 days or so) for any amount of time at all.

This is a picture of a typical load hauled in the past.

I do have Nitto TerraGrapplers on the truck now though, they came as a package deal I received with hummer h2 rims.

The Hankook's are a great tire I run 245/75/16 I have had them for about a year now great ride, good in rain and dry pavement are are amazing in the snow had a really snowy winter last year was routinely leaving for work when there was a foot or so of snow and never had a problem, took them off-road too nothing crazy and didn't have a problem and they wear very good id have to look at how many miles I have put on them but still have many miles to go

This is a weight ticket when I had Bridgestone Dualler AT Revo's on the truck. It is not the one in the previous pic, but the load was a bit smaller than what is shown in the pic.
