Degreasing engine

So I bought a can of engine Brite and was wondering what else besides the alt I should cover when use it

make sure your intake is sealed eal good.and no loose or disconnect air/vapor lines.

dont get all crazy around coils.

cover stuff with tinfoil. works like a charm, dont soak the fuse box either haha.

Dont hose down the distributer either, or you might have a miss for a while till it all dries out.

I've never had any problems with just spraying degreaser and hosing off the whole engine bay.

Am I doing it wrong?
