Delayed shifting

I have an all wheel drive 2003 Yukon Denali XL with the vortec 6000 engine I'm having troubleshoot coming out of first into second it's really delayed any solutions or feedback would be helpful

You sure you are even making it into 2nd? What you could be experiencing is the 2-4 band slipping like hell. From a dead stop accelerate very normally to 60mph while counting the shifts as they happen. 1,2,3,4(OD). Could also be a valve hanging up in the valve body too.
