Delphi or AC Delco fuel pump

I picked up a set of new gas lines for my 95 4dr Tahoe 5.7 TBI so while I am there I am going to replace the pump, gonna keep it GM none of that aftermarket crap, see Delphi makes one and so does AC Delco, since there both a GM company is there any differences in the two?
