I got the console and the 120 Speedo. The console is in really good shape. Just missing the rear cup holder and the top latch is broken.

so he took the cd player out with the insert that covered the cd changer ? He should have
left that in there . good find anyway the 7 consoles i gotten only 3 had the rear cup holders the tab always broken you can make something to keep the lid down.
did you say you won't use the sub? Now to take it apart and take the amp and wiring out
that you won't need.

ok i think you should use your time taking the console apart to prep it to paint it the same color as your interior ,then work on replacing the radio look for one with 4 volt preouts(kenwood excelon) units have this 4 v plus a pretty good output to drive the speakers ,alarm, then a 1 ohm STABLE class d amp 350-400 watts rms @1 ohm because the

bose sub is 1.4 ohms so thats why the amp needs to be 1 ohm stable. I use the mtx th350-1d for mine and this little wonder sub thumps friends are amazed with the bass
out of it.
even though i have a alarm i can rest better no heavy sub box being seen like i used to have.

I have the bose amp that goes with the sub. Would that work? And I'm taking the console apart as we "speak"
