I used crc brand spray silicone lube, marine grade because it's what we carry where I work. Honestly I'm sure any brand would achieve the same results.

I spent a fortune chasing a moaning squeak all over my front end - it was louder inside the car than outside, and inside regardless of what side I sat on, it sounded like it was coming from "my" side. Replaced CV axles, bushings, bearing/hub, ball joints, sway bar frame mounts & end links. Finally turned out to be inside of the magnetorheological shock absorber that I had already replaced once prior since it was leaking. These shocks are expensive pieces of $%^#.

Just pick up the car from the dealer today. Mine is also the shocks on the driver side. The dealer change it today. They changed the axle and brake caliper on the same side trying to fix it.
