I put a 40" light bar in my lower valance today. Removed the tow hooks and the plastic part and then made a bracket that bolts to the fog light bracket to mount the bar to. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I'm gonna put billet on both the upper and lower grills. Hopefully it doesn't block too much light, but I want to keep the bar hidden.

Looks good. However it seems like the bar would bounce around some while your driving... have you checked it yet?

That looks great. What brand of light bar did you use? Do you have any night time driving pictures?

Did you install a billet grill over it yet? I'm curious how much it changed the output.
