What’s kinda crazy is there are still fully optioned units coming thru for dealer stock etc… and most have just been built. If you can’t order any how can you make any?

That may sound crazy but that's why GM created this allocation and constraints process - to control what gets onto the assembly line in future based on their inventory level of various components.

Tech pakcage has been on constraint for some time now, I'm sure some key module is low in supply otherwise why would GM restrict it.
