I'm mad as hell about this issue. This is the second time it has happened to me. First time was back in October because of a bad fuel pump control module. It just happened to me a second time and now the dealership is telling me I will likely need a new engine. I found two law firms looking into filing a class action lawsuit and have signed up with both of them...

This is lunacy. You're going to start a class action lawsuit because your car broke down? Nobody builds a perfect vehicle that will never break down. Good thing you weren't around 'back in the day."

Now, if you find a consistent problem that can be repaired or prevented, then you might have cause for a recall. If you find others that have had the same problem that were injured or otherwise damaged as a result, then you might have grounds for a lawsuit.

I'd be very leery of the law firms that are eager to take such a flimsy case.
