Mine was at 39.5" all around on 295/70/17. Zero issues. I'm running 35" now and sits at 41". You're truck looks mean how it is!

I have ford keys in the front the driver side has about 1/2 inch of bolt left and the passenger side has about 1 inch or more sticking out I have 33in tall tires and my fender height is 39.5 in the front and 39 in the back all I have in the back are z71 replacement springs and I seen someone had cranked to much on here and his a arms were hiting the droopstops and his fender heights were only 38/1/2 or something like that. I don't have my droop stops anymore and have limiting straps instead, all the ballpoint angles look fine I was just wondering if anyone else's thinks I cranked my t-bars to much I uploaded a picture of how it's sits now I'm just curious to what anyone else thinks

Something to consider that I didn't see mentioned was the tire size of the guy you're comparing yours to. Does he have the same size you do? If not, it may be as simple as that for the difference in height. If you're not having any mechanical issues and your angles look good just chalk it up to different truck, different results. One thing you can do it take it to either a 4WD specialty shop for a once over or where I live we have an automotive spring works shop that's cheaper and suspension is all they do. They installed my rear springs and front spindles because I didn't want to mess up the auto leveling air springs.

Iv always been told to never crank your torsion bars as far as the keys can go. That's why they make keys with extra steps in them to be able to go further than stock. Also like the above post said different vehicles have different set ups. Unless you two have the exact same set up on the same vehicle around the same years then you really cant compare as much.

Also not to sound like an ass but do you know how the torsion system works on these trucks? I ask that only bc it will help you understand the amount of stress that the keys and bars are under when you crank them things too far. When you add new bigger keys to old bars your are essentially adding more stress to them. When you replace all components along with brackets they make up the different in pressure and stress of the bars to extending and lowering the whole system.
