Did the Denali ever come with heated wind shield wiper fluid?

So I have the 60A fuse installed in the #66 spot that says "WSW HTR" in my 09 LTZ but didn't see the heater. Also the button below the HVAC controls is a power step cancel not a washer heat button. Is it possible it was removed before I purchased it or did GM just install the fuse anyway?

So I found mine today. I still have the bracket. I don't really NEED to do this mod, I live in Florida, but I think I want to do it just to have it...

Damn you GM!!

Got my GM bracket and Alpha Therm Model 38 heater. Just went out to install the GM bracket in my late '09 Denali and GM has even removed the threaded studs that the bracket is supposed to bolt to. Really GM?

Really? I can't imagine they'd take that much time to do that especially since it wasn't in the TSB recall campaign to do so. Either way, it should be an easy fix

Mine's a late 2009 build so it never came with a heater, apparently the change was made mid-2009 on the assembly line. But I can't believe GMC changed the construction of the firewall midyear and completely deleted the threaded studs that had been on the firewall up to that point.

So I just drilled new holes in the sheet metal in the same location that the old studs had been, and installed the AlphaTherm model 38. Wired to the hot terminal on the front of the fuse box. It was a 15 min job and now I have nice hot windshield washer fluid on these frosty mornings.

My 07 LT hoe never came with this option, but I would like to install it if possible? Working in a shop gives me a big advantage as to having a place and tools to use. Is this possible to be added? If so, what is needed? obviously the heater and the button itself, but is there anything else? Thanks

My 07 LT hoe never came with this option

It was LTZ '07-08 only.

My dealer told me it wasn't a big deal blah blah blah so they never did the recall on my old Tahoe. I think they didn't want to do it.
