What are the differences of a 2000 and 2002 4l60e. And can the tail shaft be interchangeable?. And will the neutral switch be the same?

Tail housings should be the same but not 100% sure as there was a one -》 two piece bellhousing design change somewhere along the way. . Definitely not the same between body styles like with a corvette 4l60e tailhousing for instance. They should however be interchangeable.
