Has anyone ran their exhaust like this? I'm thinking about doing this to my 2001 tahoe but I wanna do duals with one on each side but Im gonna use rectangular tips and turn them vertical and have them. mounted flush with the panel instead of stuck out.. Any other ideas? I know its really pointless but Ive never seen it done on one of these trucks so Ima do it just to be unique bc thats just what I want my truck to be, unique.

I think on steel body panels it would be ok. The plastic like in the OP pic, a day of hard driving and the bumper would be awful soft.

You may be better off just getting some Dynamat and put it about your muffler and turn down to get rid of noise. No body modification, just undo some bolts and pull up carpet.

If you did that mod I bet it would look good as long as you get good tips for it.
