I had a djm 3/4 drop installed around 2 weeks ago, all was fine till about two days ago now every little bump it squeaks in the rear. The only new bushings are on the sway bar kit. Soooo I'm thinking it's the Djm shocks. But I'll ask the professionals and see what y'all think.

what kit did you do in rear?? just the springs and shocks? also did you relocate the swaybar over? what grease did you use on the endlinks? how much torque on endlinks?

I'm guessing OP doesn't know the details of his install since it sounds like he had a shop fit it... but I see what you're getting at. I'm thinking the same.

OP, check your sway bar. I'd bet they are over torqued and possibly not even greased.

I'll check it when it stops pouring, I had my wife bounce on it and it sounds like the pass side coil is making the noise. But I'll check the links as well. Any suggestions on the coil noise.

I have the same thing in my '15. The swaybar end link was rubbing on the e brake line. I bent the bracket holding that back (not sure if it is the same) so that it wouldn't rub.

I think that fixed it; but it could also be the sway bar. What is the proper torque on the end links? Also mine were sealed with rubber boots and I did not pull those back and re-grease since the truck is brand new.

What grease should be used and what is the procedure? Thanks!

are you using the isolators? My springs due to windings not needed but on the regular djm ones you need it. Now another thing if they didnt sit the coil up top correctly then its not sitting in the pocket right and will make noise.

As for endlinks on customers trucks i put the bolt and nut on lightly and then pump the zerks with poly grease. go around block then with truck still on the ground torque to 30-35 lbs and your set.

Also i always grease the oem bushings on the axle when doing the endlinks.

Ok checked a few things and I don't think they greased the sway bar bushings but the noise is coming from the top of pass side coil. But anyway I'm interested in your 5-6 rear springs (tony) shoot me a price on just the springs
