Yea they are under warranty so they can get those covered under warranty. Problem is you dont know what kind of Options it has. Our 1st rental was a 7 passenger 12 Nissan Quest, Base model. Not even power sliding doors. I asked to upgrade to a 8 passenger and they were supposed to give me a Toyota Sienna. They didnt have it when i got there so they gave me the 12 LT Hoe instead.
