I have an 07 Ltz with the Bose. It doesn’t sound like I have the factory sub and I don’t feel any vibration coming from the console. My question is did all the bose come with the sub or was it an option? I knows it’s a pain in the ass to take the console out so I was hoping someone would already know.

I have a Denali so don’t go just by me but I believe all Bose systems have the same components year to year meaning my 07 has it so I believe yours does except the longer truck like Suburban.

You'll have an amp and a subwoofer down there. If you remove the cupholder and tray, you can see it, no need to pull the whole thing out. LTZs have the Lux Amp with the center speaker on the dash right? There are two amps with Bose, the dumb amp and the Lux amp.

All Bose systems have the DVC sub under the center console.

Not all LTZs came with the LUX amp.

I don't believe the LUX amp was an option for the LTZs until after '09. The Escalade and Denali both got the LUX amp.

My '08 Burb LTZ has the 6 channel Bose "dumb" amp.

1 LF channel for A-pillar tweeter and front door speaker in parallel.
1 RF channel for A-pillar tweeter and front door speaker in parallel.
1 LR channel for rear door speaker and D-pillar speaker in parallel.
1 RR channel for rear door speaker and D-pillar speaker in parallel.
The last 2 channels go to the dual voice coil "Subwoofer" under the center console.

"Dumb" Bose amp is 6 channel/9 speakers.

"LUX" Bose amp is 10 speakers including the speaker in the center of the dash.

Thanks for the correction Ken!
