Kind of late in the game but I've got them, they've just been tinted red.

They look much better like that, imo.

So, what you're saying is, people who make "little" modifications to their vehicles are likely to be criminals? That's great! And all this time, I thought that smoked lights were illegal JUST because of the fact that the vinyl overlay impedes the ability of light to escape the tail light lens and reach the eye of those driving behind...

I'm always amazed at the absence of IQ points from individuals in your profession, but this statement takes the cake! I'm going to share this one with everyone I know. I'm sure they'll get a good laugh out of it like I did!

That's totally NOT how I interpreted what he said. He's just stating the facts and his opinions and experiences and last time I checked that doesn't make someone stupid or suggest an "absense of IQ". Not bashing anybody but just think you're taking it a little too personally.
