My Tahoe wouldn't start. It would crank, but not start or crank, and then signal "low engine power" in the display.
Replaced ignition switch, didn't fix it.
Pulled fuse 5 in the underhood junction box, cleaned up the fuse plug and the fuse legs and problem solved.
Except now, I am concerned the box is in an advanced state of corrosion and want to replace the box. BUT, I have found references stating the underhood junction box has to be programmed.
Is that true? Will the vehicle run without the programming so I can install the box and then take it to the dealer for the reprogramming? I have a Carly, will that reprogram it?
Thanks guys,
