First time poster, looking for some help from someone who knows about dropkits.
Background: Purchased a 2008 Tahoe LT a few months ago, loved the way it looked- already had 22s and other features I wanted. It took a while to notice this, but whenever I go over a speed bump, the back rear passenger side makes a strange rubbing sound. I had the local chevy dealer look at it and he said it was the rear spings that look like it has been lowered incorrectly. I had no idea it was lowered, guess thats another reason I liked the way it looks. Anyhow he said the springs are "stacked" and basically rubbing when I go over a bump. Looking at it, I see what he means. I dont know anything about suspension, but attached are pics of the rear spring. Its an eibach model 38107.002.
Does this look right? Could this be what is causing the noise? Whats the best option to fix, just replace or go with a different brand?
