if you can find a shop with a road force balancer and a tech that actually read the instructions it might be worth it to them balanced. that should atleast rule them out.
a wiggle, only thing I have seen is a partially separated tire. but that's pretty easy to see looking at the tire and still feel it at low speed. some of the tire tread will be higher than others. your's seem pretty new for tust thou. either way, road force should tell you.
