My driver's door seal looks like the mouth of a meth-head. What aftermarket source are you all using for your seals? At least those who are now content with how they are working after a few weeks.
I used this on mine:


And some dabs of this to hold it in place nice and snug:

The factory seals are friction fit. Just had my "mechanic" come over and adjust them and the remaining doors close easier now.

Saw the holes on mine that you guys were talking about too.

I forgot all about the rear hatch seal, got to do that one next.

Hmm, never used adhesive to hold it in place. I didn't know it was needed. The OE seal pulled right off with no evidence of adhesive
Not required, optional. Mine would slip off the top right corner a little at the b pillar so I put a few dabs here and there to help hold it in place.
