if you can't find equivalent from an online store perhaps you may have to upgrade. bulb parts are not even in the parts manuals for those bulbs. check www.mouser.com.

btw, you could be on their catalog for a very long time looking for the right one.

Just ran outside and took the bulb out before it got too dark. Looks like there is only one in the driver's side and also one in the passenger's side. Not sure about the rear window switches. Should the covers just pop off of those too? Here is the bulb in question:

Not sure why but that little blue rubber cap was on the bulb capsule. Maybe to protect from water?

one in each door switch but driver corner had two i thought. blue cap is to add a color accent. also thought the light bulbs on rear switches were accessible the same way.

You were right about the NEO4 bulb. This is in fact what it is called, my mistake. Any idea if they are all NEO4 including the rear doors? I only saw one in the driver's door trim...unless there is one that is hidden? I've looked everywhere online and it looks like the dealership might be the only place to get them. Are these still used in modern Chevys? I ask because if not supply must be pretty low even at dealerships.

i think they are all neo-4. but on driver panel there is one bulb holder easy to see. the other one you have to look around the sides of the switch. it is sort of recessed on the side of switch.

After digging pretty deep it looks like I have found the part numbers for both door switch bulbs: 12383436, 12383437. Now if I only knew how many of each I need and which is which.

all switches except driver area have one. drivers has two but may be different sizes i think.

So the passenger's side door bulb(s) work and it looks like one is working in the driver's side. Only one of the window switches in the rear does not light up. I guess I will pull those and figure out what bulb goes where. Do the switches in the back just pop out or do I have to take the door panels off?

Does the headlight switch also have a bulb? Mine isn't lighting up. I pulled back the dash trim and didn't see how to pull the switch out nor did I see a bulb.
