Double din dash

I decided to do a new dash kit for my double din, I'll be relocating my climate controls to the center console, and deleting the lil change tray, and adding a magnet to the dash to hold my phone and putting all my phone and video connections into the center console as well. Here's the mockup pics, I'll add more pics as I finish it up

Yea they use em for dash mounts, I've been using one for over a year and no problems

I'm also going to make a trim ring around the radio with small magnets in it so I can put another plate with some metal on the back to hold it in place so if anyone looks in they don't see a radio

Will the magnets mess with the colors on the dd display? Like they did with the old tube style TV's. Also, is that s nbs center console? I think I remember you doing a write up on it. Pics?

I don't believe so, I'll research it and see. Yea the console is from an 03 avalanche
