Man drove it to take my son to get a haircut and it died 3 times right after stopping at a light, the third time I was expecting it so I threw it in neutral, it still died! Still no check engine light. Help!?

So this morning I had an ASE certified tech come out, found him on Craig's, he set the cam retard, it was at -11, now it's at -1. We were about to road test it when he decided to put a fuel pressure gauge on it and it only pulled 50psi at idle and dropped to 30-40 under load. He's pretty confident that's where my hesitation is coming from, he was surprised it was even running, said they usually won't at that pressure. So question is mr. Sunlit, think he's right?

Yes. He is right. You need 50-60 psi. And you should have no more P1345.
