No headers for a 5.7 TBI will not fit an LS series head.

Any ideas what will fit ?

No the floorpans, frame and all that are different, stick with ones for the vehicle it's going in, not coming out of. Unless you are really good at welding.

Not to piss on your parade, but take into considerations the problem of NY emission's control. Not sure how strict they are up there unless you are just running off road and not tagged. I can't do any good custom upgrades in MD just because of emissions testing. Just a thought to consider if you plan on keeping it tagged. Sounds like a killer upgrade.

It is intended to be a daily driver with some ass... Since it is a 94, there isn't an emission test performed on mine anymore. I will have the legal requirements on the exhaust, i.e. catalytic converters on it attached to the headers I'd like to install. I'm just not sure what model Tahoe or year even, will attach to the engine. I would like to line up most of the ducks before I start the process. I don't want to waste time on buying something that will not fit or work and then have to do the trial and error thing. This way I can set a budget on the upgrade and work to that plan. It would be awesome to say these headers for a 95-99 tahoe will fit the new motor for a 4X4.
