It might be 1/4 off when closed for the body lines and it seems like the door is shut a little too far in as well

Door pins are new, ill be pulling the latch soon to clean it up and grease it, and inspect for extreme wear. If its too bad ill get a new one

After replacings my pins, door still sags and can be a pain to open and close - any advice on this?

That would leave me to believe that the door locking mechanism is pulling it down when in the closed position. Ensure that the lock mechanism lines up with the striker as you swing it closed very slowly. Inspect all parts for wear or missing pieces. The striker is not supposed to be adjustable . I don't think the lock is either.

Thanks Sunlit. So there is some wear on the top of the striker. I will keep tinkering with it!
