Driver Engine Mount Middle Bolt

Trying to replace my driver side engine mount, but getting stuck on the lower middle bolt. I have a deep 18mm socket, but the hole is so tight that I can't get onto the nut. Is there some trick? Do I need a special size deep 18mm socket?

Purchased a 18mm long socket that fits in the hole, but can't get those damn nuts to budge. Really tempted to drive this thing into a lake.
