Posting here since I havent gotten any replies under the Audio and Electrical section....
Driver door speaker stopped working, but when opening and closing the door it would come back...
Pulled the rubber grommet/wiring protector thing back and found several wires that are broken open and cut right in half. I assume the years and miles have just taken its toll on them, but its very hard to get in the door hinge area to repair them. Maybe this is why the heated seat randomly shuts off?
2 Questions.
Is there a way to pull the wires out of there so I can see what Im working on?
Also, does anyone know which color wire does what for the driver door?
2007 Yukon XL SLT, has BOSE if that matters.
