So.. I never noticed it until I went to pull my driver's seat out today to replace the heating pads. I went to raise the seat so I can get to all the plus underneath, but the height adjustment doesn't quite work. The motor turns on on and makes a very small 1/8" adjustment in either direction, but then stops. I'm a bit confused at this one.

Is there some relearn procedure or a starting point of where to look to get this thing working?

Good news.. I was able to get it sorted out

When going up, the motor sounded like it hit its own stop and shut off, when going down the motor encountered resistance and stalled out.

Turns out the screw mechanism was de-clocked some how. It's not stripped, but it looks like someone was in there before. The only thing I can figure is it got put back together wrong. I re clocked it and it works as it should

I guess I never noticed it earlier because I sit with the seat all the way down anyway hah
