My 97 Yukon drivers seat has developed some looseness (tilting) to it. I can move the seat about a half inch to an inch just by pushing on the head rest. When taking off and coming to a stop it does the same thing and when it moves it makes a popping noise and its starting to get on my nerves pretty bad.i saw there is a fix for the NBS trucks but not for obs trucks. Any ideas on how to fix this????

This is all I could find and it's for the NBS http://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=43406

Should be 4 bolts you can tighten that holds the seat to the truck you can start there

I'll check those but I honestly don't thinks its that. The frame is tight but the actual seat is what's loose.

The welds broke. Quiet common. Just tack them back up and your good. Or get a non broken seat

Well my drivers seat is out of a 1999 Suburban. It's a heated seat and I didn't have one before and now the heated seat works. I'll pull out the seat on my next day off and check it out.
