Question-

I have a 2012 Tahoe PPV. I need a new drivers seat. Will any seat fit from the 2017-2014 year range? Or does it have to be a vin match. It’s a cloth power bucket seat standard with the ppv. Thank you for your time, have a nice day

The Denalis may have different connections than the lower trim levels since those have more adjustments. Something to keep in mind anyway. You can check at GMPartsGiant by seeing which models have which mounts/motors under the seat.

If you're feeling froggy, and would like to gain a center seat that does a decent impersonation of a center console,
get the front seats (and center seat belt!) from any 2007-2013 Sierra / Silverado.

Seats from the 2007-2014 will bolt in but the older seats without airbags will leave you with codes, messages and lights on the dash. There is a good video out there on how to wire the adjustments to work in the event the new seat isn't plug and play. Heating and cooling will not work without bcm programming and door switch modules, etc. The airbag codes can be dealt with by using resistors to fool the bcm but it is a hassle to get them all in place in my opinion.
