Drivers side panel

I am trying to remove my driverside panel that has the window switch / door lock. I am able to get on side off but the end closest to the front of the vehicle has a clip that feels like it's going to break if i pull it any harder. Any help on this would be great.

Driver side door control panel

I realize this is an older post but in case others come across it the panel is bolted into the door panel. You have to remove the entire door panel and remove the 7mm bolt in order to be able to remove the windows/door lock/mirrors control panel.
