My daytime running lights dont work. Am i missing a relay or something somewhere?

OBS drl and low beams run the same bulbs. Do you have low beam? There is a drl relay under dash to the right of the steering column. Circuit also goes through multifunction switch on column.
drl is off with park brake engaged, make sure park brake switch is ok.

I knew that the drls run the same bulbs as the low beams. Which i do have. I didnt look on the right side probably why i didnt see the relay.
