DRL's on a toggle

I'd like to run my DRL's with my halos at dusk. Any way without a huge mess of wiring? A toggle or something easier? I have duel halo headlights and halo fog lights. The halos are wired to a toggle separate from the headlights and I have the fogs on a toggle as well so I can run them with my high beams.

Just figure out which relay runs the DLR's and run a single power wire to it on a toggle. Should be rather simple.
