I just had a crazy thought. My Tahoe has a significant amount of scratches and scuffs down the sides from offroading, so I thought about maybe painting the entire Tahoe or having it painted with Duracoat. Duracoat is a firearms finish that is similar to a powder coat only it doesn't have to be baked on.It comes in several colors and is sprayed on just like paint. Any input, thoughts, or suggestions.

I worked at a gunshop for several years and we dealt with firearms coated in Duracoat from the factory (DSArms's FN Fals) and customers who wanted their Glocks or AR15's done.

It's not as tough as some think and it would crazy expensive to do even the sides of the truck, much less the whole thing. You would be better off getting a thin coating of Rhino or Line-X on it, or just having it repainted with some satin or other color that would be baked on.
