E fan issue

So you said you tested the pin with a test light and it sends current when the engine reaches temp right? If that's the case then it is a wiring problem. Try swapping the relays.

No, I get nothing from the ecm/pcm. The fans work fine if I ground the pin in the harness. The wiring is 100% correct.

Problem solved, after seeing the screenshot of what the tuner @ Diablosport did, I noticed that the on temp was set to 283° I have no idea why he didn't notice that in the first place. It has since been changed to 212° and all is fine.

AWESOME! Was hoping it was something simple but since you pretty much figured everything else out it almost had to be something simple!! Congrats! So, what's your thought on the fans so far?

They are very quiet on low speed, if I didn't have my window down and the radio off, I don't think I would have ever heard them. I think I will need to put in an AC override switch so I can turn the AC fan off at highway speeds. I forgot the pcm doesn't control them. But I did find out that the 99-02 pcm can be pinned to work so they do control the fans like the 03-up does.
