Nice Felix. They are basiclly exactly like a Esky and with out the whole wiring issue. Plus I was completely wrong with the lighting they light up the same way.

And if you tinted them like your current ones they'd look just like Brent's. :Handshake:

Yea it looks like they totally cloned the esky oem tail. Both the shape and light up pattern seem to match up 100%. I'm still trying to find a difference between the two. :chicken:

Just ordered a set and I'm visiting the dealer for service tomorrow and will find out what he wants for a painted set of appliques.

Are they LED? I thought the reason you had to put resistors on the ESKY mod was because they were LED?

They are LED but the resistors are for the LEDS when the car has it turns on and the trailer harness was for the way the esky lights light so with these looks like that is all done already for you so just plug and play. But I don't know if it is the same issue as the old ones maybe felix can confirm. Does the blinkers speed up like the old G4's did or is that not a issue with these?

They are all LED except for the reverse light which is an incandescent bulb. The resistors that you speak of are the 6 ohm resistors to replace the 10 ohm resistors and relates to all tail lights that are LED (not just Esky).

I never put in the gold 6 ohm resistors in my G4's. I even prepared myself and bought the 6 ohm resistor's but I ended up not never putting them in since it was a non-issue. I had the fast blink issue randomly a few times but I'm not sure what caused it since it was inconsistent. Now that I have the G5's it hasn't happened once and I still have the stock 10 ohm resistors.

OK, the part numbers are: 25931407, and 25931408, $89.00 ea., but I found them at GM parts giant for only $61.51 ea. Dealer will paint them for $100.
