285's will fit w/o any mods to truck?

The only mods were the torsion keys. On my 01 truck I ran 295's with the stock keys cranked up and slight trim work to the fender wells. drove it for 10 years till It got wrecked this past Dec. Bought the Tahoe at a good deal and so far love it all but having leather seats and corrosion on the ABS sensors.
