Um you just put chargers where people park? What do I win now?

Or better yet build a parking garage as tall as you want with chargers ?

Lemme know what my prize is.
so your going to dig up every block and install 20 minute chargers every 10 feet? what a vision of the future, any idea how many decades that's going to take? because they will have to lay wire as well as network everything because you know government needs there money back.
then you have to turn around and replace the charging cables that will get cut off nightly.
here is a example of a typical city block in ocean beach that you get to dig, lots of room huh?

Europe has been going green before the war. Germany for instance is leading the way in solar.

Need to be energy independent. And to preserve the planet.

We have the money and technology. Just gotta get over the ignorance. Regardless it won't just be Ev but a combination of high efficiency powerplants and energy creation (Ev, hydrogen, hybrid, bio fuels, nuclear).
“Not only is there an insufficient number of electric charging points along the road networks in most European Union countries, but the vast majority of these do not charge quickly enough,” the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association said.

Or as the German minister said: “Electric mobility will only find acceptance if charging is as easy as refueling is today.

Besides charging stations and grid capacity, where will this green energy come from? And what energy is used to create the solar panels, wind generators, charging stations, construction equipment, etc to "go green". Has anyone looked into the value of a used P85 Tesla lately. Not like the battery lasts forever.

We are capitalist. Someone will do it for money quickly. Where there is a need someone will step up.

That's the beauty of electricity. It's stupid easy! No leaks to contend with. No giant fuel tanks. Just fat wires. Simple.

Its insufficient because we are now scaling up. Its happening now. Quick swap batteries like those in Chinese vehicles are also a avenue of possibility. All you do is swap it and you are back on your way.

There are tons of methods to getting it done. Electricity isnt scary.

SHHH. don't say anything because green isn't really green (that's supposed to be a secret)

Hydro electric, wind, solar, nuclear, tons of possibilities. It's easy.

I know a bunch of tree huggers that would tend to disagree and will tie you up in court for decades.
also what about resources? you know the materials needed to make all these "green" things, seems to be limited and the law of supply and demand kicks in, case in point GM just raised the the price of there ev's "again" citing price increases.

there's a funny little thing called a "environmental impact report" California was supposed to have high speed rail by now, they started that task over 10 years ago, looked easy enough made a map and everything, but.....that report and you know this isn't the 1800's anymore you can't just go take the land people don't give up easily. the progess? less than a mile of track has been layed, cost has skyrocketed, billions spent. ya some contractors profited and I am sure some pockets were lined very well.
what else let's see...there are supposed to be some tunnels built to send water to so-cal that's been 30 years or more in the works, results so far? nothing, more billions spent, you can thank environmentalist for that one too.
oh and Oregon is removing dams and hydro because "fish"
they were going to take out the nuclear plant here to but they can't because then there wouldn't be enough power as it stands now
