Could this connector be for the A/C clutch? I'm not sure which ground cable you are referring to.getting close to having the engine in and ready. I have a couple of plugs I can’t remember where they go. Any help identifying these?
if its short, to the fender. most of the time you drop these wires and they tend to drop back via their own memory pretty darn close to where they live.Also, the smaller ground cable from the battery. Where does that go to?
I'll go out and take a look tomorrow.I already have the ac clutch plugged in. It’s on the same branch of the harness as the ac clutch.
The ground I am looking is the smaller of the two coming right off the negative battery terminal. I think it goes to the frame somewhere.
I have the same problem on a 1998 Tahoe and if you drop the wire plug it's down around the throttle body in that area between the alternator and the cover for the throttle bodyif its short, to the fender. most of the time you drop these wires and they tend to drop back via their own memory pretty darn close to where they live.
