Because I have a chance to buy it a '09 Yukon and I have a engine and excellent condition out of a 2008 Suburban

If there's nothing wrong with the 6.2, I would keep it. It's a sought-after engine for these trucks. I've been here a long time and not once have I ever seen anyone go from a 6.2 to a 5.3. Plenty of people going the other way though. :)

To answer your question, it will bolt up and the harnesses should be the same. Most of the work would be in the electronics and tuning. The 6.2 has larger fuel injectors and also has VVT, which your 5.3 may not have, and possibly AFM, which it *will* have. So those parameters would all need to be accounted for in the tune.

Thank you yeah the six two is bad I'm buying the truck with a bad engine and the five three does have a FM that's what I was concerned about fuel delivery and such as far as fuel pressure and injectors I don't know if they'll swap out or not that's what I was wondering I could swap intakes plenums exhaust manifolds the Denali has headers on it

Does anyone know if BlackBear Performance has a base tune for this swap?

They don't do 'base' or canned tunes. They can send you a tune that will get you up and running and then when you do a datalog session they will send you a new tune based on the data.
