Decided to hold off on the replacing the fronts 4-pots with the GM/Brembo 6 pot kit... but decided to paint the front calipers. I've typically used brush-on but decided to give ERA 2K spray paint a try, gotta say, they really nailed the STOPTECH-like red coloration. The finish is also excellent. They recommend 2-3 coats, I ended up doing about 5.
I will say, mask off everything, the entire truck as the spray does travel even with a small bit of wind (I had a small gap in the wrapping and now small area on my garage floor has a nice red tint to it). Found some Chevy high-temp caliper decals on eBay that fit perfect on the small ridge/rise on the cast of the caliper.
