escalade 2008 -2009 options

Hi,

What new options does the 2009 escalade have that the 2008 escalade doesnt?

side blind zone alert?
in camera view screen in the rear view mirror?
cooled front seats?

I dont think the escalade has the camera in the mirror. Maybe the very few that dont have nav have it in the rear view mirror. The compass and temp were moved to the dic from the rear view mirror. I dont think there are any other changes.

Escalades have had cooled front seats. Rear seats, no, not unless you get a Platinum.

Rear-view camera screen on the mirror? I've only seen it dealer-installed.

Side blind zone alert, yes, 2009 Escalades have this as well as a different mirror arrow.

They also have Bluetooth.

If they moved the compass to the nav screen like they did in the 2008 to 2009 Buick Enclave, it sucks. I was so happy when I went back to my Denali and it was in the mirror.

No they moved it to the DIC. Both the temp and compass are in the DIC now. I liked it better when it was on the mirror.

I thought the 09s had the 6 speed transmissions plus bluetooth while the 08s didn't?

They have Bluetooth starting at 09 like the rest of the GMT900's. Always have had 6 speed transmissions. You might be thinking of a Tahoe/Yukon [without Denali].
